Zeilinga receives new DENKA•LIFT DK25

Rental company expands Denka fleet

“Bt sky-lift zeilinga gmbh” recently received another DENKA•LIFT DK25 trailer working platform.

In addition to its headquarters in Berlin, the company of Christian Zeilinga operates other rental locations in Schwerin, Frankfurt / Oder, and as “Riedl Telelift-Verleih GmbH” in Hamburg. The owner-managed Zeilinga group is a sought-after rental company of technically sophisticated machines, e.g. for plant construction, wind turbines, tree pruning, the cleaning industry, and building renovation in eastern and northern Germany.
Zeilinga has always focused on the “special machines” sector. The competent and reliable partner offers a suitable solution for every task. The company occupied a niche right from the start, especially with narrow special devices such as the Denka Narrow or Spider-Lifts on caterpillar and wheel chassis, and they stayed out of the mass market. Even today, particularly difficult cases are one of the company’s areas of application.

Christian Zeilinga acquired the first DENKA•LIFT over 30 years ago; many more work platforms have followed since then. There are currently around 30 Denka lifts in the rental park. Two DK25, a DL28N Narrow and a Europelift TM13T have recently been added.

Arbeitsbühnen Koch GmbH in Leipzig has another GSR in its fleet; a B200T4 Comfort X on Mercedes Benz 314 CDI. For company founder Jürgen Koch, it is already GSR number 35 that he has received in his professional rental carreer. His first machine by the way, was also GSR, namely a 22m telescopic device on a 6 to truck chassis.

The horizontal outreach is an impressive 14m (80kg); the maximum basket load is at 250kg.  Like all GSR models, the B200T4 also has a robust construction, operation is simple and ergonomic. The Comfort X series is stabilised variably, i.e. one-sided, narrow or wide. H-stabilisers are used at the front, verticals at the rear.  The device for Koch offers “Home-Function” and “Automatic-Levelling”, as well as a 230V socket in the basket and a rotating beacon.

Austrian rental company Maltech Arbeitsbühnen has taken delivery of some of the first new GSR B-Model series of 3.5 tonne truck mounted lifts.

The new machines were sold and delivered by GSR’s distributor Rothlehner and include both GSR’s telescopic ‘T’ models and articulated ‘PX’ units, following an initial trial order of two 24 metre B240PX articulated models earlier this year. The trial order has been followed by the delivery of several 20 metre B200T4 telescopics – launched in August – with new four section booms, mounted on the new shorter Mercedes Sprinter 314 CDI chassis with a total overall length of seven metres. They offer a maximum outreach of 14 metres and a 250kg maximum platform capacity, available at a 9.5 metre outreach.

Maltech has also ordered a number of the new 23 metre B230T4 telescopics, that were announced just last week.
(see: GSR upgraded 22 & 23 metre telescopics) for delivery next April.

Thomas Kumposcht (L) and Gregor Klopf of Maltech

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions and risks, a personal handover of the latest B200T4 to be delivered was done digitally by the two joint owners and managing directors, Thomas Kumposcht.

Kumposcht and Gregor Klopf said: “We have a long term business relationship with the supplier Rothlehner. The Rothlehner team in Austria around their branch manager Bernhard Spörk enjoys our trust and the product features were just as decisive for the choice of GSR devices as the competent support and reliable service of the company.”

Manfred Rothlehner added: “The new machines are a significant into the premium class of machine for the Italian manufacturer from Rimini, its new generation of devices means a real alternative with a remarkable price/performance ratio for our customers. We are very happy about the package of orders from Maltech and thank them very much for their trust.”

Further developments in the PULSEO generation brought onto the market:

As part of its blue strategy, Haulotte announces the launch of two new PULSEO mobile elevating work platforms, revolutionizing the aerial industry. The HS15 E and HS18 E all-terrain scissor lifts (HS4390 E and HS5390 E in North America) integrate unique features, and widen the range of possibilities, both in terms of applications and working independence. Their fully electric architecture offers the same outstanding drive performance of an internal combustion diesel machine. This new generation of scissor lifts reinforces the direction taken by the Group in recent years towards versatility and environmentally friendly alternative energies.   View Datasheet

The HS15 E and HS18 E scissors are perfectly suited to work in all types of terrain: even the most rugged. They easily conquer all obstacles and climb slopes up to 45%. The oscillating axle matches the position of the front wheels to the uneven terrain to maintain optimal ground traction. The 4-wheel drive axles deliver maximum torque and ensure excellent power distribution. In low grip situations, the manual differential wheel lock provides extra traction, getting the machine in and out of challenging terrain. The new PULSEO mobile elevating work platforms can be deployed on slopes up to 5° with outriggers to guarantee safe elevation on uneven ground. High ground clearance protects machine components in all terrain conditions.

The HS15 E and HS18 E scissors feature a remarkable load capacity to meet the most demanding applications: cladding, insulation, maintenance work, etc. They can lift up to 750 kg (1,650 lb) of load and up to 4 persons.

Energy supplier expands GSR fleet

To a subsidiary of a leading Polish electricity producer – ENEA-,  Rothlehner podesty ruchome Sp.z o.o. based in Krakow delivered a new GSR B200T. The energy supplier is again relying on GSR; there are already similar GST telescope devices in the fleet.

The B200T Comfort X on a Mercedes Benz Sprinter offers a working height of 20m, a horizontal outreach of max. 14.00 m and a maximum basket load of 250kg.
The 20m model with 4-stage telescopic boom has a new electro-hydraulic control, a shorter wheelbase and many more intelligent developments. The equipment options include a home function and automatic-levelling are available.
The Comfort X can be stabilised variably, i.e. on one side, narrow or wide.  This function is particularly helpful in confined spaces when you can only work on one side.  H-outriggers are used at the front, vertical stabilisers at the rear.  Like all GSR, the B200T Comfort X is robustly built and offers ergonomic, simple control.

In addition to the extensive standard equipment, this device was equipped with work lights and storage boxes, among other things.

Roofing company Pahl invests in the reconditioned Denka-Lift DK18

The Pahl company in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania has many years of experience in the renovation of old buildings. Roofing, plumbing, waterproofing, cladding, carpentry and everything related to it is one of the core competencies.

Now the company has invested in a used aerial work platform. Because of the different mounting options the choice fell on a flexible 18m telescopic trailer platform, DENKA•LIFT DK18.
The used device, built in 2010, was technically and optically repaired by the Lift Manager Service and retrofitted with a quiet Honda unit to ensure that it can be used independently of the power supply.

At Lift-Manager and Rothlehner, used equipment repair and marketing have been an important business area for decades. Not every used device is completely revised technically and optically. The scope of the preparation work is often based on customer requirements. In individual cases there are compromises in terms of optics or non-safety-related technology.

Rothlehner usually offers three possible quality levels:

A: Technically and optically revised, partially repainted
B: Technically revised with optical concessions
C: Functional, ready for use

At first glance, the fully repaired DENKA used device can hardly be distinguished from a new device

A little happy change in Corona times

On May 6th lift manager Jänkendorf made one of his DENKA • LIFT DK18 available for a small concert free of charge.

Two musicians serenaded at the “Abendfrieden” nursing home of the Emmaus Deaconess Institute in Niesky. Around 1.5 hours of music was played around the area to bring a little variety and joy to the residents and employees, as they are currently not allowed to leave the home.
The distance rule could be dispensed with in the work basket, since the two musicians come from one household. Otherwise, two stages would have been set up.

Community receives a fully repaired Denka lift DK18

The municipality Röderaue located north of Dresden has invested in a DK18 used device.

The machine – year of construction 2008 – was completely overhauled technically and optically by Lift-Manager, including new paint. The previous owner had replaced this device in 2019 with a new DENKA•LIFT DK18.

Mr. Vanselow and Mr. Müller (see photo) had both completed operator training at Lift-Manager prior to delivery.
The machine is used in the municipal building yard for general height work.

The DENKA • LIFT DK18 offers 18m working height, 11.30m lateral reach and 200kg basket load. All machine details in the product video

The Denka lifts benefit from their long-lasting processing. A second and third stage life are no problem after a thorough revision. The popular, simple operation is common to all used and new devices, as is the high stability of the telescopic boom made of extruded aluminum profiles and the associated value retention.

We wish you successful assignments at all times!

Craft company takes over 18m articulated telescopic platform

The first own work platform is something special. Rudi Süppel’s handicraft business in Rattelsdorf has also recently joined the circle of platform owners. The choice included a Europelift TM18GT with 18m working height, 10m horizontal outreach and 200kg basket load.

The company’s core competencies include: Installation and plumbing work on roofs and facades. The TM18GT articulated telescopic platform is particularly suitable for this type of work, since the “up and over” reach height can also be used to work over obstacles. The TM18GT also has a movable basket jib-arm and a rotating basket, which makes it particularly easy to maneuver at heights. The standard equipment includes a hybrid drive consisting of a 230V mains drive and a Honda petrol engine. The proportional, electro-hydraulic control is easy to maintain and user-friendly.

We wish you every success with the new working platform

Leipzig partner-lift operation extends GSR fleet.

The work platforms Koch GmbH in Leipzig has recently received a GSR B240PX on Mercedes Benz Sprinter.
The Partner-Lift operation will increase the stock of GSR truck mounted aerial platforms to currently five units.

The GSR B240PX Comfort on Mercedes offers 23,70m working height, max. 12,30m lateral reach and max. 250kg basket load.
The outrigger width of the articulated telescopic platform is only slightly above the mirror width, the cab doors can be opened at any time during operation. Optional equipment includes an all-round beacon, as well as an automatic outrigger system.

The ergonomic operation and the robust construction of the truck stages convinced “GSR Fan” Jürgen Koch. Already in the mid-90s he had the first device in the fleet. Over the years there were a total of about 30 pieces found their way from northern Italy to Leipzig. About his current fleet of GSR Jürgen Koch says: “The evaluations for the GSR trucks speak a clear language, they are in the return of my trucks at the top.”

The partnership of Arbeitsbühnen Koch with Rothlehner aerial platforms dates back to the 90s, when Manfred Rothlehner delivered the first DENKA•LIFT trailer platforms to Leipzig to Uta and Jürgen Koch.

We wish you always successful assignments with the new B240PX!

Berlin company Prokom ETF receives new GSR E140P on Ford Ranger

Berlin-based Prokom ETF, which specializes in telecommunications and broadband cable assembly, has acquired a new GSR E140P on an all-terrain Ford Ranger chassis.

The machine was purchased mainly because of the small dimensions of the carrier vehicle. With a working width of only 2.12m (travel width 1.85m) and a dead weight of only 3.200kg, this device is particularly well suited for the specific applications of the customer.

As a contractual partner of Stromnetz Berlin GmbH, the Prokom ETF company often has to do in narrow streets, backyards and unpaved gardens of the capital. The truck platform GSR E140P on Ford Ranger with 13,25m working height and 250kg basket load turned out to be the best working tool for the different job sites. Among other things, a double insulation against 1.000V is an option.

We wish all the best with the new GSR E140P !
